This notice concerns the EMSHospitalList website and inquiries sent through it. TheList mobile applications have a separate app privacy policy. Website information handling is different from the on-device operation of the app.

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms request your name, email address, subject, and message. Include only what is needed to explain your question. Do not send patient records, sensitive medical information, passwords, or payment card details.

Information you send is received by EMSHospitalList to handle your inquiry and related correspondence. Website forms are provided through Squarespace, and messages may also be handled through email services.

Website services and external content

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information associated with visits, such as IP addresses, browser information, and usage data. Cookies and similar technologies support site functionality and security. See Squarespace’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Inquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. Published iOS screenshots may load from Apple’s image hosting service, which receives the browser request needed to display them.

App stores, mapping services, and other external destinations have their own terms and privacy notices. Selecting an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it.

Your choices and questions

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect site functions. If a cookie preference control is available, you can use it to manage optional cookies.

For questions about an inquiry or a request to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, email contact.thelist@emshospitallist.com. Identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Rights and any applicable exceptions depend on your location and the relevant law.

Website use & product limitations

This website introduces EMSHospitalList and its products. It does not provide medical advice, emergency response, dispatch, or a clinical decision service. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services directly. Website inquiries are not an emergency communication channel.

TheList is a reference for informational and logistical awareness. Facility information can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Follow local protocols and confirm current facility information directly. Do not rely on the website or TheList to make patient-care, triage, dispatch, or routing decisions.

Product capabilities, coverage, pricing, and availability can vary by platform, region, subscription, and released version. Review the applicable app listing and purchase terms before subscribing. MaydaySOS is in development; descriptions of its intended experience are not a release or availability guarantee.

Third-party names and links identify external services and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Photographic-style imagery may be illustrative; it does not establish an EMSHospitalList facility, operating fleet, or geographic presence.
